In these super-fun, high-energy classes, children of all abilities will learn how to play sports such as Rugby, Football, Tennis, Cricket, Basketball, Netball, Hockey, Athletics, Handball, Golf, Foot-Golf, American Football & Baseball. Each week we’ll focus on a few different sports, developing their gross-motor, teamwork, communication, confidence & leadership skills.
Our hope is to give as many children as possible access to a vast range of both team & individual sports, encouraging them to find the sports they thrive at and enjoy the most, all whilst having bags of fun in the process.
By letting our children choose their own sporting paths, it enables them to apply a higher level of dedication to those sports and develop their true passions into careers or life-long hobbies.
Our dynamic sessions give young players a positive first experience of Netball, encouraging the passion for the game and providing an opportunity for children to start their journey in an encouraging environment. It’s a great taster for those who want to play club netball in the future but might not be ready for the club environment yet, as well as those who just want to have some fun! Sessions are engaging, ensuring progress and enjoyment. These sessions are a mixture of skills and practices, as well as match play, allowing children to grasp a clear understanding of the rules of the game.
Our dedicated Rugby classes, in affiliation with New Milton Rugby Club, are aimed at children aged 4 – 11. These high-quality sessions are designed to introduce the core values and skills of Rugby at a young age through fun & exciting games and challenges. These skills will then be developed and enhanced through the age ranges as they go from tag-rugby to contact rugby, ensuring that the correct techniques are used in all aspects of the sport, enabling them to optimise their game whilst staying safe on the rugby field!
Our dynamic football classes are designed for children from aged 4 – 11 and are aimed at enhancing their footballing skills whilst creating a fun environment that’s exciting yet challenging. We want to encourage children to express themselves in our sessions whilst understanding the importance of teamwork & communication. They’ll also learn ball manipulation and enhance their knowledge of how to be tactically aware as we progress through age ranges.

Our high-energy, well-detailed, incredibly fun sports camps are designed to ignite each child’s sporting spark by opening their eyes to the plethora of sports available to them, whilst nurturing and developing their technical skills through a well-detailed series of fun games and challenges. They will learn from the very best coaches that have achieved high levels of sporting accolades as we aim to inspire and drive them to be the best they can be. We offer 3 types of camps at the moment, Football, Rugby & Multi-Sport.

We’ll start with a morning sport based fitness session from 7:30am, followed by a fully nutritious and well-balanced, wholefood-based breakfast (optional), ensuring that they're provided with the fuel needed to feel incredible all day!

Paired with our nutrient dense & well-balanced breakfasts, energy levels will stay consistent and concentration levels will remain high, creating a healthy body and healthy mind that can thrive throughout the day.
Multi-sport classes dedicated to 2–4-year-olds. These highly engaging and well-rounded sessions offer pre-school children a first insight into a variety of sports through fun games designed to teach and develop the core skills and techniques needed as they start their sporting journey. Some children may find a particular sport that they love, others may enjoy the variation. Whatever route they end up on, they’re going to have a great time enhancing their skills at our classes whilst making lots of new friends. Each week we’ll focus on a few different sports, developing their gross-motor, teamwork, communication, confidence & leadership skills. Every session is sure to put a big smile on your little one’s face!
